Won’t God Do It: Gloriana Chung

In the latest episode of Won’t God Do It, I speak with Gloriana Chung whose nearly three-decade career with LAUSD has been defined by her unwavering dedication to inspiring a love for learning. Whether in the classroom, guiding students on international trips, or preparing them for the L.A. Marathon, she has consistently nurtured growth and curiosity.

At New City Church of Los Angeles, located next to Skid Row, she serves as an elder, co-leads the Hardship Fund, and offers one-on-one support as a Stephen Ministry Caregiver.

An avid traveler and hiker, Gloriana is always in search of new adventures. Next on her list: witnessing the Northern Lights and walking El Camino. Her greatest adventure has been learning to be still before God through the contemplative practices.

Yet, her greatest adventure is learning to become a whole person in God’s love.
